Services on this page begin at the price shown, and may increase with the word count of your manuscript. If you think (or know) that your manuscript is 10,001 pages or more, we will need to determine your total cost and send you and invoice.

Good to Know: A reasonable estimate of the average manuscript cost for an indie/hybrid published (i.e., self-published) novel will be between $3,250 and $4,000 (inclusive of all services needed for publication).

Microsoft Word: Open your manuscript document. Once it loads, the total word count will be shown at the bottom left.
Mac Pages: Open your manuscript document. Once it loads, select "View" from the menu bar. Then select, "Show Word Count". The total word count will be shown at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: If using a different program, type the name of the program you are using in the Additional Comments section below, and your Service Coordinator will guide you when they receive your information.
